COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Please note that any concerns or complaints you have about the Pre-school should be put in writing to the Manager in the first instance. This will be entered into the Pre-school’s complaints file and investigated, following which you will be notified of the outcome within 28 days. Most issues can be satisfactorily resolved between the Pre-school and the complainant in this manner.

If you do not wish to liaise with our Manager, or have a complaint against her/him, then you can write to William Cruickshank, Chairperson , Happy Days Pre-school or e-mail cruickshank315@btinternet.com and he will deal with the issue replying within 28 days.

If you consider either of these outcomes to be unsatisfactorily responded to, your complaint should be forwarded to Ofsted as follows:
